Refund policy

Returns We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable ItemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund before it appears in your account.
